This is appears to be a Northwest Lawn Tennis Association Tournament singles match. The site was also known as the "Cow Bowl". This site is at "Chimo" the Hazen Burton Estate in Deephaven. Carsons Bay is in the background. 1903 was the first year this tournament was played on the Burton courts (Happenings Around Deephaven)
