Description:
The L.S Donaldson House, Grandview Point, Cottagewood. L.S. Donaldson of the the Glass Block in Minneapolis, built the home around 1900. The house burned in 1924. (Minnetonka's Picturesque Deephaven"). Donaldson had been summering in Deephaven since at least 1892 when he rented a cottage owned by Mr.Austin in Summerville, Cottagewood.
