Breezy Point Club. George W. Libbey, E.P. Wright, Charles Eutis, Henry Whitmore, Henry Elliot and George Morrison organized as the Breezy Point Club. They bought the Point in 1879, christened it Breezy Point and leveled Spirit Knob to it's present contour in 1884 (From "The Early Background of Minnetonka Beach"——taken from Mrs. Clarkson Lindley, Maplewood, 'A Historical Sketch' Lake Minntonka Garden Club, May 1945)
