Deephaven Boat Works on Carsons Bay after a storm of 1928 that damaged the building. Steven and Walter, sons of Archie D. Walker bought this from Arthur Dyer. They planned to clear the debris and build a new one in which boats of all descriptions would be built. ("Happenings Around Deephaven")
